Isn’t it weird that we get fitted for orthotics and braces and yet not for our bed situations?
I feel like most of us desperately need sleep supports customized to our bodies and how we use them while sleeping.
Seriously how is this not a thing?

We may not yet be able to get fitted for custom (and insurance-covered) bed solutions, but there are quite a few different types of supportive pillows out there that we can experiment with if/when finances allow.
Here is a collection of body/pregnancy pillows, modular support pillow systems, side sleeper pillows, body wedges, and supports for legs and shoulders. A list of pillows for the head & neck will be in an upcoming post.
